Thulgan gro-Thul

Molten Mystic and Mercenary

Few forget the Orc that calls himself Thulgan gro-Thul. They might remember an eyesore in tattered crimson and jagged, cobbled plate drinking himself onto their barroom floor. They might remember a tactless mercenary, selling ashes for pennies. They might remember unlikely wisdom. They might remember a filthy, booze-soaked beard.

But somehow, people usually remember him.

Abilities

Pyromancy - Including but not limited to: fiery projectiles, spraying fire, walls of fire, mobile and stable incendiary objects of all sorts, and fire breathing. He is a highly proficient and creative savant of destructive magic.

Miscellaneous Magic - Limited portal opening skill, enchanting knowledge, occasional divination, and illusory magic. He has basic tricks up his sleeve that betray the foundation of conventional magical training.

Subterfuge - Lockpicking, mostly, and a few sleight-of-hand tricks. He sports little talent for stealth--he just hopes you're not looking when he breaks into your house.

Conventional Medicine - Herbal remedies and first aid, as well as relevant knowledge of common herbs and supplements.

Cooking - Thulgan's food sucks. It will feed you, though.

Iron Liver - He's a tough act to follow when it comes to drinking, but his age is catching up with him. Also a highly functional alcoholic.

Hooks

Orc - He's not a traditional Orc, and would only be found dead in a stronghold. His views on Mauloch/Malacath, Orcish culture, and the Code are radical, to say the least.

Location - He can be a lot of places, commonly anywhere in the Glenumbra-Stormhaven-Rivenspire-Wrothgar area, Northwestern Tamriel. But he can be anywhere there's an alleyway or an alehouse, or just under a bridge somewhere.

Magic and Mystic - Wherever he goes, he tends to earn himself a reputation for mystic, intoxicated insight, and he tends to make his magical proficiency known.

Homeless and Gross - His presence is an acquired taste--and once it's acquired, it's usually unappreciated. Someone may ask for his removal from their vicinity, or even from the vicinity a few vicinities over.

Mercenary - He may or may not have garnered a reputation for his mercenary work, as well as other extralegal paid activities. His services beyond ignition, however, are strictly limited.

Faction - His ties to the Daggerfall Covenant are as tight as a four-year-old's boot laces. Very, very, very loose.

Bearer of Grudges - He may or may not be wanted for the untimely demises of at least a few Orcs, and maybe a few Bretons. The evidence is thus far inconclusive.

The Reach - Some Reachclan may associate a fire-breathing Orc with a very deadly forest fire approximately two decades ago.

Alleged Daedra Worshiper - Thulgan is familiar with allegations of Daedra worship and has before been accused of being a supplicant of Molag Bal, Mehrunes Dagon, Sheogorath, Malacath/Mauloch (go figure), Sanguine, Clavicus Vile, Boethiah, and (exactly one time) Meridia. None of these allegations have been substantiated thus far (especially not Meridia). But such technicalities may not deter any would-be cult-slayers or Daedric recruiters.

Approachable(?) - For his coarse appearance and rough edges, he will sit down and talk with just about anyone. What he will say to anyone is another matter.
